About this Role
Slingshot is looking to hire a talented and passionate wrangler of projects and people, aka project manager. In this role you’ll be in charge of managing multiple software projects and initiatives while coordinating, organizing, and rallying the team around timelines and business objectives.
You’ll oversee key strategic and tactical objectives, working directly with client project managers, executives, key stakeholders, and Slingshot product managers, designers, developers, and QA analysts.
You’ll be expected to have experience in tech, and be excited overall about working within a software driven environment.
We’re looking for someone who loves people, is tough, confident, detail oriented, and well organized. We want someone who can set clear objectives with both our team and client, execute on those objectives under changing and challenging conditions, and follow through.
Summary
Lead and direct strategic and tactical software based initiatives
Plan and organize projects and tasks at a detailed level
Set and manage expectations with internal Slingshot team and Slingshot clients
Coordinate tasks among team members and address blockers and challenges as they come up quickly and effectively
Be comfortable with the Agile/Scrum project management methodology
Be confident in leading high level project discussions with C suite executives and key stakeholders

Slingshot is looking to hire talented and passionate senior software developers who are capable and interested in working on .NET based applications and working with Microsoft SQL Server. We want someone who enjoys helping businesses with technology and likes collaboration.  Â
In this role you’ll be expected to write code, communicate with stakeholders and other developers and team members, and execute on projects of various sizes and complexity.  The team you’ll join will have other mid and senior level developers, a project manager, and QA analysts.
You’ll work on back end routines and code, APIs, and various internal and external facing web applications. You’ll be responsible for delivering exceptional quality code and communicating frequently and clearly with the rest of your team.Â
We don’t expect you to be an expert at everything but in this role you should be proficient in web, database, and backend technologies primarily in the Microsoft Stack.Â

About this Role
Slingshot is looking to hire a talented and passionate wrangler of people, ideas, and problems. This role is for a strategic thinking individual who likes to solve problems and advocates for the user. In this role you’ll be tasked with leading problem solving discussions with clients, stakeholders, designers, and developers.
You’ll be expected to drive to the root of a problem and work with the team for a creative solution. You’ll then guide the team through design, development, and launch. Â
In this role you’ll be acting as the product owner and also the scrum master when the idea transitions from design to development. Â
A background in technology or engineering is necessary for this role and you should be excited overall about working within a software driven environment.  You should be someone who loves people, solving problems, and is well organized. We want someone who is confident enough to recommend solutions to stakeholders and drive collaborative discussion amongst the team.Â
You will have support in this role from our Chief Product Owner and we are accepting those who are newer to this role and excited to learn.
