We’re so excited to share that we’ve added some new members to the Slingshot crew! Let’s check out our two newest friends: Geoff and Brad
Geoff Ritter – Leads Sales Representative
Geoff brings over 22 years of experience in IT consulting services to the Slingshot team. He began his career in technical recruiting before transitioning into sales, where he spent ten years focused on staffing. From there, he dove into project-based consulting, collaborating with application development and custom software teams. Always eager to expand his skillset, Geoff moved into infrastructure services, tackling everything from networking and storage to desktop virtualization and support. Most recently, he’s built deep experience in ServiceNow consulting, helping clients streamline operations through automated workflow solutions.
Geoff was hired to help evangelize Slingshot’s full portfolio of services and expand our client impact. By partnering closely with both clients and our development teams, Geoff aims to bring big ideas to life. With the power of AI and a top-tier team behind him, he’s excited for what’s ahead.
Geoff considers himself a daredevil at heart. From fast cars to two wheels at 150+ mph, his love for speed and calculated risks runs deep. He even tried (unsuccessfully) to convince his parents to skip college and let him become a professional race car driver. Whether it’s land, air, or water, if it burns gasoline, Geoff’s probably not far from it!

Brad Green – Senior Developer
As a young kid building things out of cardboard and Legos, Brad always knew he wanted to be an engineer of some sort. Although back then he would have said he wanted to be an “inventor.” Born and raised in Louisville, he left to attend college in Georgia at Mercer University to study computer engineering. He stayed in Georgia for a few more years after graduating to work for the Department of Defense before moving back to Louisville so his son could grow up closer to family.
Most recently, Brad was working as development team lead on the Hire Applicant Tracking SaaS platform at WorkWave: a product that was originally developed by Slingshot as MyCareerNetwork/Kwantek. He previously worked with Andrew and Nathan during their time at Kwantek as well.
He describes himself as a big kid because he is always curious about how things work: whether digitally, physically, or conceptually.
