PetFirst needed help streamlining their internal claims process.  Claims took too long to process, and working a claim was labor intensive and prone to error.  Additionally, communication with customers was extremely difficult and created an enormous burden on the company’s call center.

A New Digital Process

We created a digital, scalable software solution to reduce overhead and human error.  The new solution eliminated the need to print over 7,000 pages of paper per week (equivalent to saving a tree every week).


We streamlined and simplified employee facing interfaces to allow for significantly improved claims processing times.

Sending Claims Fast

We introduced texting as a new way for customers to send claim information to the PetFirst claims team.
