Until now, all gaming content has either been on paper, in difficult-to-find PDFs, or in gamers’ heads. We started by immersing ourselves in tabletop gaming to better understand its intricate terminology, player needs, and essential campaign content through hands-on gameplay. We also needed to ensure platform scalability, optimize content structures for AI processing, and support the customer’s existing conversational AI. Our need for a true MVP pushed us to prioritize critical launch features.
