About the Role
P3 Technology is looking to hire a Senior .NET Developer to help build, enhance, and scale the P3 Platform, a modern SaaS solution powered by .NET, C#, Angular, PostgreSQL, and AWS. This isn’t your typical heads-down developer role. We’re looking for a seasoned technologist who’s just as comfortable in client meetings as they are working with code.
In this role, you’ll architect solutions, write production-ready code, conduct thoughtful code reviews, and collaborate across product, dev, and client teams. You’ll be translating business requirements into high-quality software that powers mission-critical workflows for our customers. Your Core Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain scalable cloud-native applications using .NET Core, C#, PostgreSQL, and AWS
- Architect modular, extensible solutions to complex feature requests
- Lead and participate in code reviews, ensuring code quality and consistent standards across the team
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications and working software
- Actively participate in client/customer meetings, including with customer tech teams, to understand use cases and provide technical guidance
- Collaborate with other developers, business analysts, and stakeholders on planning and delivery
- Continuously improve development processes and AWS infrastructure with a “DevOps” mindset, including working with Terraform, Github actions, and Containerization
- Maintain and improve security and SOC 2/HIPAA compliance of the P3 Platform, including installation of security patches and updating vulnerable packages, etc
You’re a Great Fit If You:
- Have 5+ years of experience in .NET Core, C#, web APIs, and relational databases
- Have experience architecting cloud-first solutions, preferably in AWS
- Are comfortable working across the stack, from backend logic to front-end integration (experience with Angular or Vue.js a plus)
- Are confident presenting and collaborating with customers and translating business needs into clear, executable development tasks
- Have excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Are curious, autonomous, and comfortable owning solutions end-to-end
