The Sales and Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating and executing successful events, webinars, and email marketing campaigns to generate leads, nurture prospects, and enhance customer engagement.
This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, managing vendors, and contributing to the overall marketing strategy to achieve our business objectives. You will report to and collaborate with our Director of Marketing and New Business, Savannah. You’ll also work frequently with members of the executive team and leaders within the organization.
Event and Webinar Coordination:
- Plan, organize, and execute both virtual and in-person events, including conferences, seminars, workshops, and webinars.
- Coordinate logistics, budget, timelines, and event promotion to ensure seamless execution and maximum attendance.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create engaging event content and materials that align with marketing goals.
- Post-event evaluation, tracking success metrics, and providing recommendations for continuous improvement.
Email List Generation and Management:
- Develop strategies to grow and expand Slingshot’s email subscriber base through organic and paid channels.
- Work with vendors to identify potential leads and acquire targeted email lists to increase outreach and engagement.
- Regularly segment and clean the email database for improved targeting and deliverability.
- Craft compelling email campaigns with the goal of high open and click-through rates.
- Helping the team through market and prospect research
Marketing Collateral Development:
- Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to create eye-catching and impactful collateral for events, webinars, and email campaigns.
- Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials and communications.
- Brainstorming with the executive team for new creative marketing approaches
Lead Generation and Nurturing:
- Support the sales team by providing them with qualified leads generated from events and email marketing efforts.
- Implement lead nurturing strategies to keep prospects engaged and guide them through the sales funnel.
- Attend networking and business events to meet potential leads and grow your network.
