We’re looking for a Lead Sales Representative who thrives on autonomy, loves connecting with people, and has a strong interest in technology. What You’ll Do
As a Lead Sales Representative at Slingshot, you will:
- Identify & Cultivate Leads: Prospect and qualify new opportunities, while building and nurturing a strong pipeline of relationships.
- Grow Partnerships: Maintain long-term connections with prospects and existing customers, becoming a trusted advisor for their evolving needs.
- Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with leadership and marketing to align messaging, campaigns, and outreach that showcase Slingshot’s offerings.
- Be the Face of Slingshot: Travel alongside our consultants to speaking engagements, conferences, and client meetings, representing Slingshot in the community and industry.
- Close Deals: Partner with the broader Slingshot team to structure proposals, present solutions, and close new business.
- Spread Awareness: Help tell our story; how we use AI, design thinking, and technology to solve problems for organizations of all sizes.
What We’re Looking For
- Strong self-motivation and comfort with autonomy.
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or partnerships (preferably in technology, consulting, or SaaS).
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Curiosity and passion for technology, especially AI and its potential to solve real-world problems.
- Willingness to travel for conferences, events, and client meetings.
- A collaborative mindset, you’ll work with a team, not in a silo.
